Key dependency & risk: growth is ~85% captive — partner networks bring practices onto REV — plus a lean ~15% external sales motion that sources physician-network acquisitions. The $4M is sized to self-fund without that engine, but if the partner channel onboards slower, growth slows with it. We treat that as the primary risk to manage.

The path, in order

  1. The seed deck (PDF) — the whole story

The full investor pitch in one download — problem, the three things REV does best, market, moat, the model, and the $4M ask.

    Download the deck ↓
  2. The investor portal — your home base

You land straight on content (no login). The headline — SaaS + RCM at the $4M seed — gives you exit ARR, enterprise value, MOIC, ownership, unit economics, practices and gross margin at a glance.

    Open the portal →
  3. The investor deck

The 14-slide seed deck, embedded as a PDF and downloadable as an editable PowerPoint — problem, why now, product, moat, competition, market, model, plan, team, and the ask.

Read the deck (PDF + .pptx) →
  4. Patient-encounter walkthrough

One patient visit end-to-end — book, check-in, encounter, ambient scribe, coding, claim, RCM, payment — with the hard number REV improves at each step, linked to the working product demo.

    Walk an encounter →
  5. Proforma snapshot

The whole 5-year model on one read-only screen — revenue, EBITDA, gross margin, physicians/practices, employees, cost-to-serve, lowest cash and the EBITDA-positive month — plus an “exit at a revenue multiple” panel you can drag to re-price the return.

    Open the snapshot →
  6. Supporting material (the data room)

Go as deep as you want: the one-page summary, the all-in EMR/RCM comparison, the fixed-cost detail, the full product spec (PRD), and the live product demo.

    Open supporting material →

Note: the interactive modelling Playground (where assumptions are tuned) is admin only — investors get the read-only Proforma snapshot above.

Two ways to consume it

5-minute skim

Portal KPIs → the one-pager → the deck PDF. You'll have the thesis, the price, and the return.

Full diligence

Deck → proforma snapshot → supporting material (EMR comparison, fixed costs, PRD) → the live demo. The model, the moat, and the product, end to end.
