The moat: REV is a self-learning system — it learns from every encounter and every corrected mistake, so accuracy and capture compound over time. No incumbent does this: they’re digital paper-and-pencil — static, rules/template-based, with an ambient scribe bolted on at best.
Capital-efficient by design: a single $4M seed funds the entire plan to profitability — no Series A or B, no further dilution. Growth is ~85% captive (Empower and partner networks acquire physician practices and place them on REV — REV simply onboards them, so that growth is ~$0 CAC), and a lean external team only has to win the ~15% we don't already own — account execs working network-level deals, not a large retail sales org.
Key dependency: that captive growth relies on Empower and partner networks bringing practices onto REV; if that channel slows, so does growth. The raise is sized to self-fund regardless.
